My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were generally spacious and comfortable for big families, but some details like the paint on the door frames and the A/C vent needed attention. Despite that, the rooms were clean and had all the essentials for a foreign guest. The service from the staff was top-notch, going above and beyond with their friendliness and assistance. The location was convenient, being surrounded by a park and near dining and shopping options in Nuvali. However, the narrow road from Santa Rosa caused consistent traffic issues. The dining options were satisfying, though bacon lovers might need to request it separately. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a view of the lake, which was very nice. The facilities were great, and considering this is a new hotel, I was quite impressed. However, the service could be more attentive at times.
